Student Administration Officer

The Australian Fitness Academy is a registered training organisation delivering quality fitness education to students throughout Australia.

With the growth of our quality training, the Australian Fitness Academy requires an enthusiastic, customer service focused Student Administration Officer to assist our team in the delivery of student services.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Student course enrolments, confirmations and reports
• Issue of certificates and academic results
• Preparation of data for monthly reports
• Course administration and preparation
• Provision of excellent customer service in dealing with student enquiries

The successful applicant should have:

• Current experience within a customer service industry
• Advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft programs and email
• Outstanding communication skills
• Initiative and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the capacity to multi-task

The following are desirable:

• A qualification in administration, business or similar
• Employment experience in the vocational education sector
• An understanding of AQTF (Quality) Standards
• Experience using student management systems

This position is full-time commencing early in January 2012. Salary is $45K plus superannuation.
