Check out my web site www.exerciseworks-personaltraining.com.au"

Luke completed his Certificate III & IV in Fitness with Australian Fitness Academy in March 2010 and was the AFA Graduate of the Year 2010!
Luke has since set up his own successful business...
"We're a team of boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing and self-defence instructors based in Blackburn, Knoxfield, Rowville, Clayton and Narre Warren, Victoria. Our personal training programs involve learning correct technique and getting fit through sport-specific conditioning drills. Our group fitness programs include Muay Thai kickboxing classes, ladies only boxercise and kickboxing classes, boxing classes for men, self-defence workshops and boot camps. We're not your stereotypical 'fighter trainers.' We're all approachable and willing to develop anyone who is committed to their training. Whether you want to just get fit and have fun while learning an art, or even get in the ring for competition, we can help you achieve your goals! More information can be found at http://www.knockoutfitness.com.au/

Scott Comber graduated from AFA in March 2010 and has opened a new gym, HIT Centre. Scott says “It's not a 100% standard gym, it's primarily a group training centre based heavily around strength and conditioning. We use almost exclusively body weight and simple weight lifting tools like Kettlebell’s, barbells and sandbags. It's got a great old school feel to it. Check it out at http://www.hit-centre.com.au/.”

Monika Gardner completed her Certificate III in Fitness in 2010 and after completing the course started working with the YMCA at Cowes on Phillip Island. Monika supervises the ‘Living Longer Living Stronger’ Sessions and is employed 5 to 10 hours per week. “I turned 69 in April this year. I don’t know how one is supposed to feel at that age, but I am fit and feel great. I’m working more hours than I originally wanted to work since I am supposed to be retired. But I am loving it, it’s very rewarding to be able to encourage older people like myself to exercise and to see their progress and how much it improves their day to day life. It’s also obvious that they appreciate to be instructed by a person nearer their age and I am getting some very positive feedback. I am treating my work like a hobby, I keep fit and get paid for it. How good is that?”

Simon Bordonaro completed his Certificate III & IV in Fitness early 2011.
Simon is currently working at New Level Personal Training, Yarraville and says
“we have a great team and mould really well as a unit. I’m finding my new career in fitness extremely rewarding and very enjoyable, currently doing between 50 & 60 thirty minute sessions a week. I’m also in the process of  finalising last minute touches on getting my mobile Personal Training business up and running! Just like to thank you guys for your training which has really given me an advantage and got me up too my goal of doing 60 sessions a week in such a brief period of time...”

Ani Del completed his Certificate IV in Fitness in May 2011 and is now working at Genesis, Dandenong as a Personal Trainer.
"I am loving it and it is going great! I would like to thank AFA for equipping me with the tools needed to work in the fitness industry"

Brett Kirkland completed his Certificate III & IV in Fitness with Australian Fitness Academy in 2008.
"I wanted to let you know whats been happening with me since finishing up with AFA. I am back in Canada now have started my own private personal training studio called Blitz Conditioning Inc. We have been in business just over a year now and things have been super busy! My business partner, our trainers and I have been focusing on helping people who suffer from depression, anxiety, and post pardon depression. We have shown to many of our clientele that staying physically active can help immensely with these disorders and lead them to a happier life.

I have also been focusing on sport specific training and been quite successful with ice hockey conditioning. I am now the head trainer for two separate hockey clubs! I want to thank AFA for giving me the knowledge and confidence to pursue my dreams as a personal trainer and now a business owner!"
