"I really enjoyed the Functional Movement lecture by Lauren (as part of the Certificate IV in Fitness). She was very passionate about it and I learned so much. I have researched more about integrated/functional exercises and found that they are not really widely known. I have now incorporated some great new moves into my group fitness choreography. I have never seen this type of exercise before at any gym and I'm quite pleased to have something new and better, especially for the rural district where I live" Wendy, Ararat
