Study Options
To ensure study can fit with your schedule, The Diploma of Fitness is offered through flexible delivery modes including online, and integrated. You will have two years to complete the course.
Integrated learning
The Diploma of Fitness will be offered as an integrated course (within Victoria only) meaning students will complete the theoretical components of the course online, whilst completing the practical components face to face at the Academy in Caulfield. This allows students currently working within the fitness industry to schedule the course around their working commitments.
Online learning
The course will also be offered fully online. This will include an extensive ‘on the job’ practical component and therefore, it is a requirement that students are currently employed as personal trainers. It is also an advantage for students to have access to clients with specialised needs to assist in the clinical components of the course.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Australian Fitness Academy's RPL process offers prospective students a potentially quicker way to obtain the Diploma of Fitness qualification.
Undertaking the RPL process allows applicants to use their past qualifications and work related experience in order to match the current unit of competencies that make up the Diploma of Fitness.
