F45 Training Ascot Vale is looking for a talented trainer to join our team!
F45 Training is a team-based functional training facility that is a world leader in group fitness. F45 places a huge emphasis on the ‘three key factors’ of motivation, innovation and results. Our classes are unique, fun and highly addictive which is why F45 Training is currently the fastest growing network of fitness studios in the world.
We are seeking a high-quality Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer for part-time or casual employment. You will be an integral part of the growth of our studio with the ability to progress into a senior position if desired.
Your Role:
- Deliver high quality, results focused F45 group fitness classes
- Motivate studio members during and after training
- Set up the studio before and after training sessions
- Ensure studio cleanliness and high standard of operation
- Assist with membership retention
- Help foster a positive community-based team-training environment
We are searching for Trainers who are:

- Confidence in generating a motivating training environment
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail

- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience delivering Group Fitness sessions (preferred)
- Minimum Cert III in fitness, Cert IV in fitness ideal
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current Fitness registration will be highly regarded
