QUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current Insurance policy (professional indemnity and public liability)
- Current fitness Australia Registration
- Current Blue Card or Working with Children Check (in Applicable State)
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- To understand, follow and promote Jetts policies, procedures and operational standards
- To ensure your behaviour is always professional and respectful to Club team members, Jetts members and your clients. This includes appropriate touching and respectful communication
- To understand that at Jetts, we always maintain the Jetts Vision; Jetts Purpose and Jetts Values:

CONTRACTOR SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure all CPR, First Aid and Insurance are current
- To understand and comply with all WH&S policies and procedures and advise the Club Manager of all potential risks and hazards
- To have completed a Contractor WH&S Induction with one week of commencing contractor work
- To ensure all exercise prescription is within industry recommendation and that excessive activities that could potential lead to sprain, strains and tear be stopped immediately
CONTRACTOR CLUB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strive to ensure every member of the Club has an outstanding experience every time they train at the Club
- Ensure a positive, supportive attitude when performing your personal training services in Club
- To provide consistent, quality, high service-orientated personal training sessions
- To provide quality, high service-orientated Harder Faster Stronger or Jetts pack sessions
- To provide quality, high service-orientated Orientations for new members and generate your client base from this
- Assist in ensuring the Club is clean and well presented at all times
- To participate in all Club operations meetings and one-on-one meetings with the Club Manager to understand the Jetts business and how your business can work in partnership
- To actively engage and participate in In-Club events to increase your rapport with members and leverage the promotion of your services
- That weekly direct debit Premises Access Fees are paid and up to date
