F45 Altona Looking for Trainer

About the Business:

The concept is simple: our studio provides a 45 minute High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout class for our studio members. F45 has developed 30 different 45 minute workouts, with more currently in development. The workouts are created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from a database of over 3,500 different exercises, so our members never get the same workout twice.

Position Summary:

F45 Training Altona Beach is seeking an experienced, energetic and highly motivated trainer to join our team. The position is suited to trainers who are passionate about health and wellbeing, fitness, as well as building a community that keeps our members coming back every single day. We are one of the fastest growing brands in the world and it’s because of our great staff and great product!

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead F45 Functional / HIIT sessions to high standards
• Motivate, inspire and encourage members whilst engaged with the studio
• Provide training & technical advice and feedback throughout classes
• Assist in marketing, promotion, acquisition and retention initiatives
• Ensuring the studio is impeccably maintained, clean and safe
• Last shift of the day prepares the studio for the following day’s classes

Key Attributes:

• Experience in leading both Group and Personal Training sessions
• Demonstrate a motivational, personable and engaging attitude
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Self-motivated and focused on personal growth
• Exceptional communication skills, time management and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours, split shifts and potentially Saturday mornings
• Motivated and passionate about the fitness industry

Applicant Qualifications:

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness (mandatory)
• Further education is preferable
• Fitness Registration
• Current Senior First Aid & CPR
• Applicable Insurances

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $27.50 to $32.50 /hour
