The Intense Health method is a customised, one-on-one process that focuses on combining short-duration, high-intensity resistance training with nutritional guidance and step-by-step education to help each client achieve a better quality of life, irrespective of their age or physical condition. Intense Health clients have seen amazing results in shorter times than traditional gyms.
Intense Health will provide full training on the exclusive to Australia, ARX training system. You will be working with clients on a one on one basis, guiding them through structured workouts, motivating them to reach their goals. Assisting their workouts, providing support and most of all making sure they enjoy their experience.
You must be FOCUSED, DRIVEN to help others and ENERGETIC and MOTIVATING to make our clients strive for success.
You must; WALK-the-TALK, exercise/fitness are your daily go-to and embrace the Intense Health training principles to be your own.
Must Haves:
- Energetic and motivating to others
- Willingness and capacity to learn
- Leads a healthy lifestyle / training regularly
- A real people person
- Results orientated
- AQF level 3 & 4 cert
- First Aid / CPR

Intense Health System transform individuals lives, you have to be willing to represent the brand.
You will receive a 3 day (3 hours each) seminar course to learn how to train clients, and ongoing training on what Intense Health stands for.
* Starting on the casual basis with minimum of 10 hours ($25.16per hour) per week, with potential for a part time or full time position for the right candidate.
