To create a revolutionary cycling experience for novice and experienced cyclists through the use of multi-dimensional cycles and state of the art technology. The overall objective is to create an interactive memorable, inclusive experience for EVERY RIDER in EVERY CLASS.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Instructors are responsible for leading classes with high energy and skill. This also includes the pre planning of an engaging class, ensuring the proper use of bikes, and maintaining cleanliness of the workout space. It is the instructor’s role to motivate all participants regardless of their level of fitness. It is also the role of the instructor to promote the business, any promotions, theme rides or fitness challenges.
