To drive and manage all aspects of the Studio related to customer service, membership and product sales, member participation and exercise technique.
Studio Supervisor Responsibilities include:
- Assist members with class participation, accessing technology (iPads, headphones, Apps) and monitoring exercise technique.
- Be responsible for upholding @Pilates 24/7 culture and professionalism. Be friendly, informative and engaging.
- Conduct new member inductions / orientation sessions.
- Membership sales – provide business cards, flyers, direct members to our social media presence.
- Sign up Members using Glofox App.
- KISI allocation and member education regarding studio policy and procedures.
- Update iPad software when required and ensure website is open and logged in.
- Complete merchandise sales via Glofox.
- Monitor the security of merchandise within the studio. Assist in merchandise stocktake where required.
- Assist with social media marketing such as daily reels and social media posts (if requested by Manager).
- Be familiar with all classes and participate (during quiet times) in any new class. Understand technique and seek clarification from Manager or head office if assistance is needed.
- Cleaning of the studio – vacuum, reformer maintenance and cleaning, mirrors, kitchenette, removal of rubbish and any other general cleaning.
- Communicate openly with the Manager regarding any studio related concerns or any relevant feedback from yourself or any Members.
