Position: Personal Trainer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our clients on their fitness journeys. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is punctual, eager to learn, and passionate about helping others while growing and broadening their knowledge and client base.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 20-30 personal training sessions per week, delivering high-quality workouts tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Design and implement personalised exercise programs based on client goals, fitness levels, and any specific considerations or limitations.
- Motivate and educate clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and safety precautions to maximize results and minimize the risk of injury.
- Offer guidance on lifestyle habits to complement clients’ fitness goals and promote overall well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including session notes, progress tracking, and client communication.
- Continuously expand knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and advancements in exercise science to provide the best possible service to clients.
- Actively participate in team meetings, workshops, and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive studio environment, building rapport and trust with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
