You will run your own business, but you won’t be going it alone. We will teach you! Our new PTs go through a thorough onboarding and induction process, including:
- PT induction – including a personalised business plan created with the help of your PT Manager to suit you, your business and your club. We can teach you how to sell Personal Training!
- 3 months of discounted rent to help get you started.
- All the supporting documents you will need to run a PT business – pre-exercise questionnaire, program templates, progress trackers and a range of business and financial tracking spreadsheets.
Ongoing you will receive:
- Weekly training and support from your PT Manager
- Holiday periods every year
- Monthly national training calls and opportunities to grow your skills and your business.
- Leads from multiple sources to help you build your business.
