Social media has become a go-to platform for fitness professionals and influencers from around the world to connect with followers. It’s never been easier to find workout videos, training tips and recipe ideas, with Instagram in particular leading the way with fitness content. If you’re looking for workout motivation, healthy living tips or specific fitness advice, Instagram can be a one stop shop to find it all and more.
With so many great qualified professionals sharing their knowledge on social media, there’s always going to be some that think they can do the same without necessarily having the qualifications or experience to back up their claims. It’s important to be aware of these types of accounts and just be mindful of who you are taking advice from.
