In exciting news coming out of our education team, we’ve been working hard for several weeks developing new resources & content for our Certificate III in Fitness and Certificate IV in Fitness online courses.
What this means is that you’ll be getting access to a range of new, insightful and engaging videos relating to Upper Body Pull Exercises in the Cert III and Functional Exercises in the Cert IV that will help you complete the respective assessments for those topics.
Specifically, the new content will focus on these key areas:
- Safety set up demonstrations
- Demonstrations of teaching points and suggested cues to correct poor technique
- Side-by-side comparisons of good and poor technique
- Slow motion replays, multiple viewing angles, annotations and visual highlights
- Visual analysis of the exercise, including joint actions and muscles involved
Luke James, our Course Development Coordinator, is proud to produce content that adds another dimension to our course offering and goes a step above the norm in regards to helping our students get the best understanding possible.
“Not only are these videos incredibly fun to produce, but we know for a fact that they’re going to be very useful for our cohort,” Luke says.
“It’s really about going above and beyond our competitors to ensure we’re delivering the best online fitness and personal training resources in Australia.
“When we’ve added new content in the past, we’ve found that our students have engaged with them really well and it’s provided them with the best opportunity to nail their assessments, and of course give them that crucial understanding they can take into the workforce.”
Using industry-leading editing software, Luke is putting the final touches on the videos that will launch on our LMS on Thursday, April 4.
So be sure to look out for the new content when you next login and feel free to provide us with your feedback on what you think of our new videos!
