Body Fit Training in Carlton are excited to launch their brand new studio in April 2022 and are looking for Casual Personal Trainers to join their team.

Body Fit Training is Australia’s newest and most advanced group training methodology. Since April 2018 we’ve sold over 300 franchises across Australia so we’re a brand on the move.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Body Fit Trainers are the face of our business. They are an integral part of each and every thing we do and are critical to the growth of our member base – from making members feel welcome the moment they step in our studios, to motivating, inspiring and guiding them through our 50-minute workouts.
We are excited about this new Studio and want Personal Trainers who are self-motivated to guide our members in the use of our state-of-the-art heart rate technology whilst using their knowledge, skills, and abilities to always teach safe and effective exercise.
As a Personal Trainer you will:
- Instruct and lead exercise classes
- Engage with all members during classes, focus on converting trials to members
- Create a positive & community focussed environment
- Ensure the safe execution of exercises
- Maintain Studio & equipment
ABOUT THE BENEFITS:

You will be employed on a Casual Basis with a mixture of morning & evening shifts for 20 hours per week.
ABOUT YOU:
Do you have the following experience and qualities?
- Previous experience in personal training, preferably group training
- Cert 3(Completed) and 4(In Progress) in Personal Training
- Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed
- Work well as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role
- Passion for the health and fitness industry and want to change people’s lives
- Creativity, drive and initiative
- High level of integrity
