As our client base continues to grow, we’re excited to welcome a Personal Trainer to join our experienced, collaborative team.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate and qualified Personal Trainer to take over an existing caseload, delivering 1-on-1 exercise rehabilitation and personal training sessions. This role begins with Tuesday mornings (7:30 am – 2:00 pm), with the potential to expand hours over time. You’ll also help build connections with local GPs and allied health professionals to support client referrals and integrated care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and personalised rehabilitation and fitness programs
- Use evidence-based exercise prescription for injury recovery and chronic conditions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through professional and supportive service
- Liaise with local healthcare professionals and build referral pathways
- Participate in team mentoring and ongoing professional development
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Cert IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
- Current Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
- Strong understanding of biomechanics, rehabilitation, and functional movement
- Clinical Pilates certification (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- New graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply
