We are seeking a driven, career-oriented Personal Trainer to join our growing team inside Jetts
Lutwyche.
This is not a typical “rent a space and hope for the best” role.
This is a structured growth pathway with full operational support.
Earnings Potential
Clear pathway to $100K+ annually based on:
- Gradual buildup to 40+ PT sessions per week

This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who:
- Holds Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- Holds current First Aid & CPR
- Holds Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
- Has (or is willing to obtain) an ABN
- Is growth-oriented and commercially minded
- Is confident building relationships with gym members
- Is open to being on camera and contributing to brand content
- Wants to be part of a scalable fitness business model
