Run by a team of allied health professionals, we look to change the way gym goers engage in their health and fitness experience. Our gym is a 24/7 sanctuary of health and wellness. We offer personal training and exercise physiology as well as an array of female-friendly classes including Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, and Functional HIIT Classes. But that’s not all – our Recovery Area, complete with a Steam Room and Infrared Sauna, is a testament to our commitment to holistic wellness.
The opportunity:
Integrated Fitness is currently seeking a highly motivated Personal Trainer to join our team at our 24-hour gym. Our gym offers a variety of services to our clients including personal training and exercise physiology.. As a personal trainer at our gym, you will work with clients to help them reach their fitness goals and improve their overall health and wellness.

To be successful in this role, you will be a person with passion in the industry who is keen to upskill themselves and be a part of a multi-disciplinary team of like minded professionals. We are looking for someone with the following:
- Certification 3 & 4 in Fitness
- Bachelor’s degree in exercise science or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Passion for helping clients improve their health and wellness
What your key responsibilities will be:
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalised training plans for clients based on their goals, fitness level, and history.
- Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients to ensure they are performing exercises safely and effectively.
- Motivate and encourage clients to stay committed to their fitness goals.
- Track clients’ progress and make adjustments to their training plans as needed.
- Provide nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to clients to support their overall health and wellness.
- Collaborate with other gym staff including exercise physiologists and chiropractors to provide comprehensive care to clients.

Pay: $60.00 – $90.00 per hour
