What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a passionate student or early-career personal trainer who is keen to grow their skills, build confidence, and work hands-on with real clients in a supportive environment. This role is a hybrid of fitness and support work, giving you the opportunity to build your PT skills and make a difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing and delivering fitness programs based on client goals
- Help create basic nutrition plans and wellness strategies (training provided)
- Support NDIS participants during sessions – both socially and physically
- Build rapport with clients and promote a positive, inclusive environment
- Support participants with light community access or lifestyle skill-building
- Maintain session records, follow safe work practices, and work within team systems
- Contribute to the growth of the studio by building up your own PT client base
- Be actively involved in continuous learning and personal development
We’ll Help You Build Your Confidence!
You’ll be working alongside a highly supportive team who will mentor and coach you as you grow. We’re not expecting perfection – we’re looking for someone who’s willing to learn, show up with a great attitude, and genuinely cares.

What We Offer
- Flexible hours (starting with up to 20 hours/week)
