Becoming a group fitness instructor could not be easier, with high quality training at Les Mills and the Australian Fitness Academy.
Many of our Corporate Partners (such as Goodlife Health Clubs and Fitness First) require all new staff to have a Certificate III in Fitness as a bare minimum to take Group Fitness Classes, with many requiring both the Certificate III & IV in Fitness.
At AFA we can help you with gaining the Certificate III & IV in Fitness, and by completing the relevant workshops you will become a Les Mills Instructor as well as a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer.
You can complete the individual training in an area of your choice by completing a two day Initial Module Training. See below for the full course details.

Constantly updated programming. Every three months Les Mills releases new music and choreography for each of it’s programs. Not only does this keep the programs fresh and the participants engaged but it tests our bodies, targets new muscles and adds variety to our training.
