The fitness industry is a dynamic industry!
Employment opportunities are many and varied, including private gymnasiums, personal training studios, outdoor training businesses, franchises, local government leisure centres, corporate fitness facilities, community health centres, hotels, resorts and more. Continued growth of the fitness industry ensures employment opportunities will continue to grow.
Currently, there is a high demand for Personal Trainers, locally, nationally and internationally. If you’re thinking of undertaking a fitness course, and commencing a new and rewarding career there has never been a better time to do so.
Current research is demonstrating the need for individual and group-based exercise programs for the elderly, those with diabetes, heart conditions and obesity. Governments are acting on this need by funding more and more programs nationally.

Be Fit Food aims to help Australians to eat better. Australia’s obesity rates are continuously on the rise and there is little education in place to show the public the effects of added sugar & sodium, high carb & large portioned diets can have not just on our weight, but on our general health & wellbeing. That’s why founders, Dr Geoffrey Draper, a bariatric surgeon, and Kate Save, an accredited practising dietitian & exercise physiologist, started Be Fit Food. Programs are designed to give customers the food, resources and dietitian support they need to lose weight rapidly while still eating nutrient-rich, real food rather than resorting to shakes, bars or detox teas.
